Effectively supporting NZSSS through coordinated and flexible systems for membership management

The New Zealand Society of Soil Science wished to coordinate financial and membership databases, and contract out the work involved in processing payments, updating membership details, invoicing and financial reporting. Groundwork responded with a system using integrated, cloud-based accounting and customer relationship management (CRM) programmes, so that Groundwork secretariat staff, the NZSSS Treasurer and Secretary could all access up-to-date membership and financial data from separate locations.

Strengthening NZARM secretariat services through a team approach

The NZ Association of Resource Management wanted to shift its secretariat management from a voluntary position to a more formal arrangement supported by stronger administrative systems. Groundwork convinced NZARM that, as a team, we could deliver the required services as or more effectively than an individual appointee. Our skilled team invoices members, maintains NZARM’s membership database and provides accounting and financial reporting services.

Groundwork has proved to be very efficient and has a range of competent staff to help.  The staff are always prompt and polite with responses and our books now look much better than under our old regime. I would definitely recommend Groundwork to similar organisations that need such services.” Ross Abercrombie, President, NZARM
