His professional interests are in the areas of individual and team development, leadership, communication, and behaviour change.

Helen Ritchie – Participatory Techniques Ltd

Helen and Annie have delivered sustainable agriculture extension, research and facilitation services together since 1999.  Helen is a facilitator and researcher with significant experience in community and environmental projects. She has been involved in the design and delivery of facilitation training for community members, local and central government staff, and the Enviroschools programme.

Robin and Annick Janson – Ecosynergy Group Ltd

Ecosynergy Group is an applied research for development organisation, skilled in facilitation of agriculture extension, leadership learning and tacit knowledge dissemination through applied social research. Ecosynergy has a deep understanding of the factors underpinning agricultural production, based on how psychosocial factors influence the adoption of scientific findings and how these disciplines can best be combined to ensure optimal production outcomes in the field.
